|I have had similar issues with LieroKit on (a 64-bit version of) Windows 10. What did you want to use LieroKit for? If you just want to activate palettes or weapons and you know how to use DOSBox, you could try using Liero Stuff Activator inside DOSBox. I know that's not very convenient, but it's the best alternative at the moment. I've had some plans to port Liero Stuff Activator to QB64, so it could be recompiled for Windows (and OSX), but I wasn't sure if it would be worth the time. (I originally wrote it in QuickBASIC, over 16 years ago!) Rewriting it (e.g. in C++) would probably take more time.
