Hello Liero Hellhole

Cool! I have a 486DX2 in my attic. I was wondering if I could make a DOS port of the current version of Liero using DJGPP and Allegro.

Just finished altering my system.ini and autoexec.bat to get enough free memory to run Liero 1.33 on my 486 DX2 :) Amazing game from childhood.

Did you ever try OpenLieroX?

Was introduced to Liero back in early 2000's, loved it ever since! No pro player, winning tournaments or any such thing, but I've had loads of fun with it throughout the years. Gave up on playing for a while due to OS incompatibility, but god bless the openliero crowd and version 1.36! I second the suggestion of "Hello"; a remake with revamped graphics and online playability... for example with even more than 2 players at a time plus bigger maps... that would be a dream!
