| Why would you want to download them all? :-P No, there is no big package for all the content. It's just too big to put on a regular website.
About activating levels, I think all it does is preselect the level so you won't have to do it in the game. Powerlevels need to be activated or you won't see the level in the right colors. |

| I don't know about the levels... but powerlevels have their own palette that needs to be activated.
And the development of new liero TCs haven't stopped! I have made one, and one is still under construction (has been for three years). But the downside is that some of the graphics and sound effecs are "stolen". |

| about Liero Stuff Activator v0.88 there reads it activates levels, powerlevels and powerlevels v2. why do they need to be activated? can't you just play them normaly by selecting them from the level section of liero? |

| Not all mod making for liero has stopped, my little brother is hard making new total conversion to Liero 1.33. and its gonna be great. ;D
